Road Trip Worthy: Hampton Beach Named Best Beach Boardwalk In America

Hampton Beach, New Hampshire is a popular summer destination for many tourists. Now, it's getting much deserved respect and accolades from Coastal Living magazine, whose readers voted it "the must-visit beach boardwalk of the summer." Hampton Beach has made Coastal Living's top 10 list for several years.

Hampton Beach is also home to the world-famous sand sculpting competition, which is going on now through Saturday. 200 tons of imported sand is dropped on Hampton Beach according to HamptonBeach.org. After the competition, the area is illuminated for night viewing through June 28th.
