The Casco Bay Ferry Lines will officially open a $3.6 million renovated terminal on Thursday morning, according to a Forecaster article published by the Bangor Daily News.

The Portland newspaper reported the ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. for the 4,500 square-foot addition. Casco Bay Ferry Lines General Manager Hank Berg said the project will double the size of the existing terminal, which will allow them to better serve the 500,000 people who use the ferry service each year.
