Years ago, I transplanted 3 little raspberry plants.  Now, they're like weeds in my yard. This month the pesky plants are paying off with juicy red ripe berries. Now what to do with them.

Do I eat them warm out of the garden? Do I make jam? Do I make cake?  Well, I've already started pulling them off the plants and depositing them directly in my mouth. So, I don't think that I'll have enough for jam.  I'm thinking that a nice raspberry almond coffee cake might be in the making. I made one a couple of years ago with a delicious streusel topping.  What should I make with a couple cups of raspberries? Do you have raspberries in your yard?
