Portland Food Trucks Unite To Form ‘The Hungry Collective’

As many as 6 food trucks and carts are coming together to form "The Hungry Collective" and will set up shop at various locations in Portland for the rest of the year.

The foodies already in the line up include Tacos Del Seoul, Thainy Boda, Little Bee Ice Cream, Falafel Mafia, Mami and Eighty 8 Donuts.

They already have four locations and dates locked in:

They'll be at Rising Tide Brewery on July 29th, 219 Anderson Street in Portland on August 26th, Bunker Brewing on September 9th, and 1 Industrial Way in Portland on October 14th with more dates being added soon.
