Portland Farmers’ Market Ready for New Season

The Portland Farmers' Market is back in Monument Square every Wednesday. You can pick up ingredients for dinner and some flowers for the garden.

While the market isn't as full as it will be come this summer, you'll find meat, potatoes, carrots, eggs, honey, root vegetables and some pretty little violas & johnny jump ups to spruce up the table or garden.

I had a chance to talk to some of the farmers and they are ready for the new season.  They welcome you to join them every Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Monument Square, Portland.  Every week, we'll see new items and more farmers.
