Paula Abdul still has the moves as she teams up with Avon to remind women to perform regular breast self-exams with a fun new dance video. Paula's fight against breast cancer is personal with her sister, Wendy Abdul being a breast cancer survivor.

Paula's "Check Yourself" is a fun dance video that will have you tapping your toes. The message is more serious with Paula joining the fight with the Avon Foundation's mission "to promote education and awareness about breast health with general and targeted populations and the media to ensure that advances in breast cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment and research are well known, understood and accessible."
