Patton Oswalt says Toto's "Africa" makes him suicidal. I could say the same about my interview request to him a couple of weeks ago.

I've been a big fan of Patton for a long time now. Been trying to get him on the show for years. He's in Honeys fav movie EVER 'The Secret Life of Walter Mitty." We have a lil stuffed Ratatouille over our stove named Rattatattatoie. King of Queens, his stand up blah, blah, blah. A couple of weeks ago I finally got a message to him asking him on the show by phone. He declined by saying "I must politely pass, but thank you!" actually kinda classy. Sometimes it's a miracle to get a response from some of these jerk faces so I'm totally OK with it. Though in the back of my mind we just had Joan Rivers on. (Bill Burr at the end of April too) She's 80 and the last I checked Johnny Carson used to ask her to fill in for him. Patten also turned down an invitation to plug all his stuff on the biggest FM signal in the country. Not smart business but yet again that's his choice and I'm cool w/ it.

A lot of songs wanna make me jump of the Casco Bay Bridge but now every time I hear Toto's "Africa" it's not gonna make me think of Patton, it's gonna make me remember how cool Joan Rivers is-

Do you have a song that makes you wanna chuck yourself off The Time and Temp building?

BTW: Go see Patton. He's hysterical! Patton Oswalt Website:
