NH Man Causes Severe Damage To Building with Excavator

The Franklin man refused bail and was taken to jail on two felony charges.

Jordan Ingram, 28, was arrested yesterday and charged with criminal mischief and reckless conduct and placing another in danger.

He is accused of using an excavator to partially destroy a building, leaving the roof and walls on one side left a pile of rubble.

At his arraignment this morning, the judge ordered him to be held on $30,000 cash bail.

He attended the Franklin District Court hearing via a three-way video. At one point he began swearing, and the jail video feed was cut off.
