NH House Rep Resigns Following Arrest for Drug and Attempted Sexual Exploitation Charges
The Nottingham Republican is accused of using a computer to lure a teenage girl for sex.
Kyle Tasker, 30, was arrested and was arraigned last week on three drug charges and one count of using a computer to lure a 14 year old girl into a sexual encounter.
He was released on Monday on $50,000 bail.
Today The House accepted his resignation.
He was in his third term as a State Representative. Tasker is no stranger to controversy, having been accused of making derogatory remarks about women and minorities on social media.
In 2012, he dropped a loaded gun on the floor of a committee hearing room.
