Multi-vehicle crash slows traffic on I-295 in Falmouth

As I traveled north on I-295 through Falmouth this afternoon, I witnessed a scary scene. What appeared to be a multi-vehicle crash slowed traffic both ways on the highway.

The traffic wasn't as bad in the direction I was going, but it was really backed up headed south. The car in my tweet below seems to be totaled. I didn't see any other media reports on the incident.
