Linda Bean’s Coming to Maine Mall

Shoppers who get a hankering for lobster rolls at the Maine Mall will soon be able to get them right off the boat when the Lobster Boat Cafe opens on May 31.

According to Linda Bean's Maine Kitchen's Facebook page, the new eatery that is being constructed will celebrate its grand opening a week from this Friday. When completed, it will be the chain's seventh restaurant. There have not been any details released about the new restaurant's menu.
