New England sports fans sure don't get much of a break between football and baseball seasons! The day after the Patriots beat the L.A. Rams and claimed yet another Super Bowl victory, it's already time to start thinking baseball. According to WMUR, today was "truck day" for the Boston Red Sox. Die hard Sox fans look at truck day as the first sign of activity by the team for the year. The truck contains all of the equipment the Red Sox will need for Spring Training in Fort Meyers, Florida. As it left Fenway Park this morning, on its way to Florida, Sox fans became giddy at the notion that it's time to start focusing on baseball. Personally, I couldn't be happier. I'm not much of a football fan, but I love baseball, and am a lifetime Sox fan. It's also a sure sign that spring is just around the corner, so that makes it even sweeter!
