Last week we had the pleasure of chatting with Stacey Koloski, Deirdre Fulton and Christine Louise Marshall about the Port Fringe Theater Festival, and the various roles they hold. Port Fringe launched this past Saturday and is now approaching it's final weekend of shows so don't miss it!

The Festival, modeled after the Fringe groups in New York, originally started as an opportunity for theater troupes to perform new or experimental works outside of mainstream theater.

This years Fringe boasts over 40 acts performing multiple shows everyday this week in three different venues. Check out their website to print a calendar and learn more about the shows. You can also purchase passes at your local Coffee by Design.

I highly recommend taking the time to attend this great festival and celebrating the incredible talent we have here in our theatrical community.

I personally am performing in two Fringe shows, Scenes from an Infertility and Waiting for Alice.  You can click on the links and get more show information, but if you DO make it out to a show, be sure to stick around and say hi!
