Everything is a competition to me. So when I heard there would be a contest around the cookie swap at my friend's house, I was on a mission to win! Here's the cookie I won with. It's a crowd pleaser.

Here is the exact recipe I used...here's what you need:

2 Cups creamy peanut butter

1 stick butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups confectioners sugar

2 cups Rice Krispies

12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Melt the butter and peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir in salt. Set mixture aside. Combine sugar and Krispies in separate bowl.

2. Stir all together in a big bowl. Scoop out a small amount and roll into a ball. Place on lined cookie sheet. Let set in fridge for 15 mins, til firm.

3. Melt chocolate and then dip the ball mixture in it (This can be tricky if you don't have a double boiler, so watch closely). I burned my first batch lol. This only needs about 10 minutes in the fridge to cool. Then, eat and be merry! Like I said, I won a cookie swap party prize for best cookie. So if you're looking for something quick and delish, this is your dish.
