I just don't see the resemblance.

The Google Arts & Culture app has become quite popular lately, with it's new feature that will search thousands of historic portraits, to find the one that looks most like you.

I had seen several of my friends online sharing their matches, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Here's the match that I was given:

According to Google Arts & Culture, Colonel Barnard Eliott, Jr. was an ardent patriot, who resigned in 1775 to become a member of the First Provincial Congress of South Carolina. He served as a Lieutenant-Colonel in the regiment of artillery during the American Revolution, and read the Declaration of Independence to the troops and the citizens on August 5, 1776.

Although our hairstyles, facial hair, nose, chin, and fashion sense are completely different, I suppose I do see a slight resemblance...maybe in the eyes.

Google Arts & Culture seems to think we're a 48% match.
