Hunting Scarecrows in Cape Elizabeth [PHOTOS]

It's almost Halloween and Cape Elizabeth is in full spirit mode for the occasion! I had been noticing a large amount of scarecrows in the area, so I asked and here's why. 

The Cape for the fourth year has had a contest where local residents and businesses have to create the most imaginative scarecrows for Halloween. I had no idea this existed 'til I visited my Grandmother at her assisted living facility. What a fun family event the whole town can be involved in.
