This beautiful baby girl just passed away last week and how total strangers are helping her family heal will touch your soul. 

A father in Ohio posted this on Reddit last week. "My daughter recently passed away after a long battle in the children's hospital. Since she was in the hospital her whole life, we never were able to get a photo without all her tubes. Can someone remove the tubes from this photo?"

The response was overwhelming. Total strangers, some staying up 'til 3am photoshopping came forward with beautiful pictures of baby Sofia who only survived six weeks.
