It happens to everyone...some more than others. You have a bad day. You're down in the dumps. You just can't seem to pull yourself out of a funk. For some people, it can be crippling.

I'm not suggesting that reading the article below will cure every bout with the blues, but it does seem to be a sensible approach to turning things around. I'm going to keep this handy, and try it out the next time I'm feeling blue. You should give it a shot too!
