I'll be the first to admit it - one of my biggest weaknesses is my inability to live IN THE MOMENT.

I'm almost always thinking ahead. To the next hour, the next day, the next month. To the next project I need to tackle at work, or to the next thing I need to plan for my family. I am aware of the fact that it is much healthier for my brain to focus on what's happening at this very moment...but, HOW?
