Holiday Must-Do: See Santa On A Segway At Very Merry Falmouth
A Very Merry Falmouth kicks off this week. The grand celebration of the town's 300th anniversary will start with the annual Holiday Tree Lighting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at Village Park in Falmouth, Maine. You'll be able to enjoy refreshments, cookie decorating, crafts, and a visit from Santa Claus, himself.
AJ and Nikki broadcast their show live on Friday morning, starting at 6 a.m. Then, Friday evening at 6 p.m., fireworks will light up the sky from the Legion Fields on Depot Road, followed by "The Merry Mix And Mingle." Enjoy food and live music from local 90's cover band Hello Newman at the Route 1 Event Tent.
On Saturday morning at 8, Nikki will get everyone excited about the "Ugly Sweater 5K And Merry Mile Fun Run" along Route 1. Then, be on the lookout for Santa on a Segway! The big man might even have a gift for you, unless you are on his naughty list. There are also free horse-drawn wagon rides on Saturday.
