Hey Guys, Let’s All Go in Together and Buy This New Hampshire Island!

I think I have a plan to make it affordable for everyone.

I happened to stumble upon an island for sale in Gilford, NH! It's called Eagle Island, and it's a bargain for a mere $1,148,800.

It's "the full package of island ownership." So you own the entire island (.81 acres of land), along with the cottage on it (2,464 sqft). It also comes with a private/covered main land dock at the Bay Shore Yacht Club in Meredith for a 12 x 28 ft boat so you never have a need for parking.

Now, there's no way that I could ever afford a million dollar home by myself. However, if we get a few people involved, it could be affordable for everyone.

For example, if I could get 11 other people to go in with me on this, it would only cost each of us $95,733. I can totally afford that! And then we'd each get it for an entire month. But I get to pick my month, because this whole thing was my idea. I'm thinking July.
