Did you drink a little too much last night for Cinco De Mayo and wake up with a throbbing headache today? Is your bedroom spinning? Many people have their own "hangover cures. This one has been working for me since I was in my 20s and used to party like a rock star. (I don't do that anymore.) The next time you have a hangover, try this combination of foods together. Tuna on saltine crackers. Nothing else… no mayonnaise or other condiments. Eat between four to eight crackers, depending on your body size. And of course, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
