Gaige McCue Memorial Scholarship For Fryeburg Academy Graduate

This is the 5th anniversary of Gaige McCue's passing. McCue committed suicide 5 years ago, according to Joshua Enos who wrote us on Facebook to tell us about this event that will celebrate his life and bring awareness to suicide prevention. Friends and family are hosting a fundraiser at Saco River Brewing on Saturday afternoon, August 4th from 1 to 5 p.m. Enos, who runs Worth the Wait BBQ, says he will be setting up his smoker and serving barbecue, and he will be donating 50% of all sales to a memorial scholarship, which will benefit a graduate of Fryeburg Academy.

There will be live music from the band Junco, as per the event page on Facebook.

Saco River Brewing is located on 10 Jockey Cap Lane, Rt 302 in Fryeburg, Maine.
