The first time I experienced The Beach Plum was this past Summer. Steven and I treated ourselves to lobster rolls and ice cream, after a long day of moving. And MAN, did that hit the spot.

I had no idea the restaurant was featured on Phantom Gourmet until I saw this video on Facebook.

The lobster rolls, fried clams and ice cream sundaes are all showing their best angles. And I didn't know about that clam chowder trick! Did you? Apparently, if your spoon stands up on its own in your bowl of clam chowder, then it passes the thickness test and is guaranteed deliciousness.
