Derry Teenager Uses Bow & Arrow to Defend his Home against a Burglar [WATCH]

Back when we were growing up, times were much different. We were 'latchkey kids'. We went home everyday after school and stayed home alone; until Mom or Dad got home from work. This was the norm for so many of us, but unfortunately our kids are not that safe anymore. Don't get me wrong, there are still small towns out in Maine and New Hampshire that still have that small town feel. But, we do need to be on our toes always when it comes to our children, and their safety.

According to WMUR Channel 9 last Friday afternoon, brothers Eric and Andrew Kennedy were home alone as usual. But, this afternoon, would be far from normal. Suddenly, the boys were in danger when a man attempted to kick in the front door of their home. Both brothers went into action without missing a beat, to protect themselves and their home.
