Dallas Lovato is fed up with those who have been commenting on her sister's weight. Last month, Demi Lovato went home to Los Angeles after spending months in rehab following a drug overdose over the summer. She looked happy and healthy in the photos, but trolls decided to take a positive and make it a negative (as they do), commenting that the pop star looked like she gained some weight during her rehab stay.

On Tuesday, her 30-year-old sister posted an expletive-filled Instagram Live photo, addressing the body shamers.

"To all the f--king tabloids that are out there right now that are calling my sister fat, go f--k yourself because she is the most beautiful, strong person that I have ever met in my entire life," she said in the video. "And everyone: Why are you making my sister's body the topic of your conversation? Go f--k yourself. I'm sorry, my sister is beautiful, she's alive, she's conquering a lot of really hard s--t so, bye."

As the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer continues to focus on her sobriety, she's been cleaning house when it comes to social media, unfollowing old friends like Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, and Iggy Azelia.

"She needs to surround herself with those that support her goals and to stay away from any negativity," a source told ET about the surprising move. "Demi has come a very long way. She's grown emotionally and matured a great deal through this process. She realizes there is no quick fix and has accepted the fact she needs to take this one day at a time. She still has a sober companion and she has built a very strong support group."
