I was surprised to learn that there are not one, not two, but FOUR different splash pads in Portland to cool off at this summer!
Last summer, I took my girls to the Deering Oaks Park ravine and splash pads, and they loved it! We definitely plan on hitting the rest of them in the city this summer.
