Cell Phones In Classrooms?

Over the weekend, I posted an image to Facebook that I had a feeling our audience would react to...

However, I had no idea just how much. As I write this, the post has received over 2,000 likes, been shared over 500 times, and reached over 100,000 people. It seems that people are pretty passionate about whether or not kids should be allowed to have cell phones in the classroom.

Take a look at the comments below. It seems that most people think they should not be allowed. Although when we opened the phone lines this morning, we surprisingly heard from some teachers who said that they embrace technology and work it into their curriculum. What do you think?
