Do you ever hit a wall in the middle of the day, finding yourself falling asleep at your desk?

It happens to many of us...I know it certainly happens to me quite a bit. Which is why this really caught my attention - 11 tips for energy after lunch. Some of these are common sense, but others I never would have thought to try.

For example - befriend the water cooler. Being dehydrated can cause fatigue, low mood, and difficulty concentrating. Also, listening to music while you work can increase productivity!
