Bangor Police Investigate Stabbings at Bangor Mall

UPDATE: Police have made an arrest in the stabbings at the Bangor Mall on Tuesday.

Bangor police are searching for a suspect who fled the scene of two stabbings at the Bangor Mall Tuesday.

Fox ABC Maine is reporting that one of the stabbings occurred at American Eagle and a second stabbing occurred at JCPenney. The first report came in at 11:35 a.m. and the other at 11:58 a.m. Both of the random female victims has been taken to the hospital.

A police K-9 unit is also on scene to help track the suspect. The suspect is believed to be a female in her early 20s. She is believed to be with a male companion.
