On the heels of their event at Hampton Beach earlier this month, organizers of the "Free The Nipple" movement are planning their next New Hampshire event. This time, a group of women will be going topless at Weirs Beach in Laconia, to challenge what they believe is the only local law in the state prohibiting women from going topless in public.

The law was enacted in the 90's to curb public nudity during Motorcycle Week.

They will be protesting this Labor Day Weekend, at a beach many conside to be family friendly.

Laconia police say they will be monitoring the event.
