I got to spend some time with our friends at Absolute Health Chiropractic again learning about great Massage Techniques to help with pain!

While I love my peeps at Absolute Health, I had to be honest... when they said "let's do a video about massage" I was fully expecting to get... well, a massage. Ultimately I got over it, and we had a great time making this video. We hope you like it!
