Anabel’s Angels’ Makeover Winner: Claudette Recently Started Chemo For Breast Cancer

Every Friday in October, we're giving someone who is currently dealing with cancer or who has survived it a makeover, courtesy of Anabel's Angels, a 501c3 nonprofit organization designed to provide support to underfunded clinical trials and programs for the terminally ill and physically afflicted.

Last week's winner is Claudette Nadeau from Berlin, New Hampshire. She was nominated by her best friend Celeste who had this to say about Claudette:

My best friend Claudette Nadeau just had a double masectomy last month and will soon be going through Chemo. I love my friend dearly and hope she can have a makeover. She is a mother of 3 and is a beautiful mother and wife. This would mean so much to her and bring up her moral. Claudette is such a loving person and is there for you whenever you need her. Claudette is only 52 and has so much more life in her. Please make her day!

I am a Breast and Cervical Coordinator where I work and help women with no insurance or high deductibles who can apply for free screenings. It is a great job knowing you are helping woman get screened who would not normally do so. I lost my mother to Breast Cancer and I miss her dearly. She was the best mom and friend anyone could have.
