A Slightly Inappropriate Magazine Arrived At My House. See What My Kids Did to Fix It!

They had a lot of fun fixing it too!

I love Rolling Stone magazine. I've been reading it for many years. And although the content has changed dramatically in recent years, I still subscribe.

Of course, since I now have kids, I have to look twice at the magazines that come into the house, to be sure that they're suitable for my 6- and 7-year-old girls.

A recent Rolling Stone came in featuring the band 5 Seconds Of Summer. Now, celebrities or musicians on the cover naked with their bits strategically covered is not a new thing for Rolling Stone ... they've done it several times with many different people. But I think this is the first time it's happened recently, since my kids are old enough to be aware of it.

I kept it around the house for a while because I had been meaning to read it. I would just turn it over so the cover wasn't in plain sight. But somehow, the girls ended up seeing it several times and kept mentioning it.

Finally, I decided it was time to do something about it. And I saw an opportunity to turn it into an art project. So really, we killed two birds with one stone.

There ... all fixed!
