A 12-Year-Old Ventriloquist on ‘America’s Got Talent’ Made My Heart Sing Again

I've spent most of the last week crying and grieving over the loss of my dog Caesar. I smiled for the first time last night, when I watched this little girl, Darci Lynne, and her puppet sing on "America's Got Talent."

Obviously, I wasn't the only one who was moved by her performance. She got a standing ovation from the audience, many of whom had tears in their eyes. Plus, Mel B was so impressed that she hit the golden buzzer. It was well-deserved. Darci gets to go straight to the live show.
