94.9 HOM Superstage Gets Underway [Photos]

The HOM Dunkin Donuts One City Super Stage concert is now underway in Monument Square, Portland.  The 94.9 HOM National Anthem contest winner, Kelsey Walker kicked the event off with her beautiful rendition.  Here are some behind the scene photos.
